Introducing The Field Good Life Podcast

Farming isn’t just about growing crops—it’s about resilience, business strategy, and advocacy. And for me? It’s about telling the real story of agriculture from the ground up.

I didn’t grow up dreaming of being a farmer. I had my sights set on law school and politics. But life had other plans, and once I stepped into the world of rice farming, I saw agriculture in a whole new way. From scouting fields to diving into financials and policy, I found my voice in an industry that needs strong leaders and bold conversations.

That’s why I’m launching this podcast—to share what I’ve learned, spark real discussions about the future of farming, and bring a fresh perspective to the table. Whether you’re a farmer, a consumer curious about where your food comes from, or a policymaker shaping the future of agriculture, this podcast is for you.

We’ll tackle everything from sustainability and succession planning to being a fourth generation farmer on a century farm. We’ll be focusing on real talk about the struggles, wins, and changes we need to see in the industry.

The first episode just dropped! Make sure to subscribe and join the conversation.
